Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

   Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items.

Clearance or final sale items.

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Return Process

Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if the wrong product was sent.

Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued if the item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
